This Trademark Policy explains how you may use Zentari trademarks and related intellectual property owned by Cyberkonsults Global LLC.
1. Ownership
ZENTARI™ (presented as Zentari™ in product and marketing materials) is a trademark of Cyberkonsults Global LLC. The mark appears under U.S. Serial No. 99777734 in International Classes 041 and 042, and was published in the USPTO Trademark Official Gazette on September 29, 2026. Publication is not the same as federal registration.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use Zentari trademarks in factual references to Zentari products and services, provided such use is accurate and does not suggest endorsement or affiliation.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Zentari trademarks in domain names, product names, company names, or in any way that could cause confusion about the source or sponsorship of your product or service.
4. Trademark Notices
When a trademark notice is appropriate, use Zentari™ (or ZENTARI™). Do not use the ® symbol for Zentari marks unless Cyberkonsults Global LLC confirms that federal registration has issued. Other product marks, such as Miya™, remain separate marks and are not covered by the ZENTARI filing described above.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Zentari, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Cyberkonsults Global LLC or its licensors.
6. Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized use of Zentari trademarks or intellectual property may result in legal action. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights.
