Support Channels

Support is available via email at support@zentari.careers and through our in-app support center. We do not currently offer phone support.

Support Hours

Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. We aim to respond to all inquiries within the timeframes specified in our SLA.

Scope of Support

We provide support for technical issues, account management, and general questions about using zentari.careers

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Support Limitations

We do not provide support for third-party integrations, custom development, or issues caused by user error or misuse of the Service.
